Shipping Information
All expedited shipments are sent via UPS. Orders must be placed by 11 am US Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Expedited shipping methods are not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii or Alaska. In rural areas, UPS 2-Day and Next Business Day Service may not be available. In such cases, please allow for 3-4 additional business days for delivery. Contact Customer Care at [email protected] to confirm availability of expedited delivery to your area.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
R + E uses UPS for all standard domestic shipments; for this reason, we cannot accept addresses with PO boxes.
HAWAII / ALASKA
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii generally take 5-7 days, although some remote areas can take a bit longer. Sorry, we cannot offer expedited shipping to these locations.
TAX POLICIES
WHERE WE COLLECT SALES TAX
We collect state sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Utah and Washington. This list is subject to change without prior notice.
Sales tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 10AM WILL SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY. IF THE ORDER IS PLACED AFTER 10AM IT WILL SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AND ARRIVE WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME.
